Process payroll
for multiple legal entities in Mexico, covering both unionized and salaried employees.
Ensure payroll calculations comply with union agreements, local labor laws, and applicable benefits.
automate payroll processes
, Guarantee timely payments to government institutions such as IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and payroll tax authorities.
Coordinate payments to external payroll vendors.
Validate retirement calculations and ensure accuracy.
Respond to audits, reviews, and inquiries from labor authorities including REPSE, IMSS, STPS, SAT, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT.
Resolve payroll discrepancies and provide timely support to employees.
Support account reconciliations, audit documentation, and
Bachelor's degree in
Accounting

, Strong understanding of labor and tax regulations, with the ability to interpret complex legal information.
Experience in month-end closing, account reconciliations, and payroll integration.
Intermediate proficiency in English
