Location: Guadalupe and Apodaca plant, NL. Position: Product Engineer Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain product documentation, including BOMs (Bills of Materials) and manufacturing routings. Manage engineering changes (ECOs) and ensure timely implementation across production lines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product design, manufacturability, and cost efficiency. Define material specifications, components, and handle deviation management. Support continuous improvement and new product introduction projects. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. 1–5 years of experience as a Product Engineer, ideally within the metal-mechanic or automotive industry. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes including press brake, laser cutting, stamping, rolling, punching, TIG and MIG welding. Experience creating BOMs, routings, and engineering changes (ECOs). Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken). Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills. We Offer: A collaborative and innovative work environment.
