We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead end-to-end product development projects from intake through launch. In this role, you will independently manage multiple cross-functional initiatives, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope. You will also mentor Associate Project Managers (APMs), driving alignment across teams and reinforcing adoption of the Product Development Process (PDP).
This position is ideal for a self-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about leading complex projects, influencing stakeholders, and delivering results that drive business impact.
Lead assigned product development projects from concept through launch, ensuring all deliverables are met.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and documentation using Smartsheet.
Lead regular project reviews and communicate progress, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.
Supervise and mentor Associate Project Managers, assigning workstreams and providing coaching and feedback.
Support professional development and ensure consistent quality in project execution across the PMO team.
Partner with cross-functional leaders (Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Product Management, etc.) to align on project scope, priorities, and resource needs.
Build trust and collaboration across teams to ensure strong cross-brand alignment.
4–6 years of experience in project management or a related role.
