Job Summary: We are looking for a highly attentive and technically skilled Real-Time Review (RTR) Specialist to support the execution of solar installation projects. This role plays a vital part in reviewing real-time installation photos (roof and electrical), following up on incomplete installs, and ensuring all installation data is accurately recorded in the system. The ideal candidate will have solar and electrical quality experience, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to issue resolution. Work Setup - Independent contractor role Open-ended engagement, commencing on the agreed start date and continuing based on business needs and mutual agreement. Fully remote – work from anywhere Observing Arizona Time Zone No statutory benefits provided as per contractor agreement (e.g., social security, health insurance) Weekly pay cycle Compensation and Benefits - MXN 15,000.00 - MXN 19,000.00 monthly US & selected local holidays observed High-energy, fun, and collaborative culture Opportunity for career growth and advancement with a rapidly expanding company Job Responsibilities: - Review real-time solar installation photos for both roof and electrical work to ensure quality and compliance Follow up on incomplete installs and coordinate with the relevant teams for resolution Create customer accounts and input serial numbers and gateway envoy details using the Enlighten web tool Submit requests for services such as plans and permits, ABCADs, and shade reports Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely project completion Identify and escalate any quality or safety concerns related to installation Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical Technology, Renewable Energy, or a related field Spanish bilingual - ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish Hands-on experience with solar installations, quality checks, and electrical systems Familiarity with solar monitoring tools such as Enlighten Strong attention to detail and ability to assess installation quality through images Good communication and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on unresolved issues Comfortable working independently in a remote and fast-paced environment
