Business Development Representative (Representante de Desarrollo de Negocios)
LingoAce es una empresa líder en tecnología educativa (edtech) dedicada a transformar el aprendizaje de idiomas y otras materias en experiencias interactivas y efectivas. Con una presencia global, LingoAce ofrece soluciones educativas en línea para niños y ha enseñado millones de clases en más de 100 países.
El/la Business Development Representative será responsable de generar y calificar leads, realizar prospección activa y apoyar al equipo comercial en la expansión de oportunidades de negocio para LingoAce.
Realizar llamadas salientes (telesales) y contactos iniciales con posibles clientes.
Calificar leads y agendar reuniones para el equipo de ventas senior.
Registrar y actualizar información de clientes potenciales en el CRM.
Calificaciones y experiencia
✔️ Experiencia previa en telesales o ventas por teléfono.
✔️ Preferentemente experiencia en el sector educativo o en empresas de aprendizaje de idiomas.
✔️ Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y bajo supervisión.
Persona responsable, confiable y trabajadora.
Enfocado/a en el cliente y con buenas habilidades interpersonales.
Salario base competitivo + bonus por cumplimiento de metas.
