Location:
Remote (Mexico) Schedule: 1st Shift (8a-5p CST), Monday through Friday
Salary:
34,000 MXN (monthly) Your Mission as a Project Coordinator Coordinate project activities, resources, schedules, and documentation to support successful project delivery. Partner with Project Managers, engineers, and clients to ensure projects remain on track, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. Support client onboarding initiatives through documentation, knowledge management, and process coordination. Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and promote continuous improvement across project and onboarding workflows. Project Coordination & Delivery Support project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination. Track project progress, milestones, budgets, and deliverables. Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders. Help ensure projects meet timeline, budget, and quality expectations. Client Onboarding & Knowledge Management Participate in onboarding and discovery sessions to understand client environments and requirements. Documentation, Training & Enablement Maintain project plans, reports, and operational documentation. Create client-facing guides, user instructions, and training materials. Communication & Reporting Serve as a point of contact for project-related communication. Maintain effective communication across project teams, clients, and stakeholders. Track and report project hours, contract true-ups, and related administrative activities. Provide visibility into project status, risks, and outstanding actions. What You Bring to the Team Experience & Skills Experience in Project Coordination, Project Administration, Project Management Support, or a related role. Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools. Preferred Experience supporting IT, MSP, or technology-related projects. Familiarity with onboarding, service delivery, or knowledge management processes. Experience creating documentation, workflows, training materials, or KBAs. Exposure to Power BI, Helix, or similar operational platforms.
