MEP Estimator

We are seeking an MEP Estimator with a strong focus on Plumbing , proven experience in estimation and coordination, and a high proficiency in English. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of plumbing systems, and experience coordinating construction projects. Advanced Spoken English is Mandatory. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Interpret Technical Drawings: Accurately read and analyze specialized survey data, construction plans, and architectural blueprints. Construction Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules to ensure timely project execution. Drainage & Sewer Systems Knowledge: Solid understanding of drainage and wastewater infrastructure, including system layout and compliance standards. Purchase Order Management: Oversee the preparation, tracking, and reconciliation of purchasing orders for materials and services. Material Take-Offs & Estimating: Perform precise quantity take-offs and cost estimations for plumbing scopes and related trades. Quotation Preparation: Generate competitive and accurate quotations based on project specifications and client requirements. Client Format Compliance: Manage and adapt documentation to align with client-provided templates and formatting standards. Plumbing Design & Coordination: Lead the design and coordination of plumbing systems, ensuring integration with other disciplines and adherence to codes. Desirable Knowledge & Skills: Advanced Spoken English (Mandatory) Plumbing Design Expertise: Proven experience in designing plumbing systems for residential, commercial, or industrial projects. Construction Scheduling: Strong ability to plan, coordinate, and manage construction timelines and deliverables. Blueprint & Floor Plan Interpretation: Skilled in reading and analyzing architectural and engineering drawings. Purchase Order Management: Experience in creating, processing, and tracking purchase orders with accuracy and efficiency. Professional English Communication: Fluent, articulate, and confident communicator in both written and spoken English. Quick Learner & Clear Communicator: Ability to rapidly grasp new concepts and communicate effectively at a fast pace. Reliable Workstation: Access to a high-performance computer suitable for remote work and technical tasks. Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail in documentation, design, and execution. Highly Focused: Self-motivated with a strong ability to maintain concentration and meet deadlines. Work Environment: Our work offer is fully remote, but we try to enable channels that keep us internally connected. You will work with a medium-sized and quickly growing team, including engineering and administrative departments. You will participate in daily tasks, team projects, and daily stand-ups. You will be required to comply with working on Eastern Standard Time (EST), which means that we require availability from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST.
