We're interested in A-level senior engineers who: Can own complex performance-critical components end-to-end Are comfortable navigating hardware/software boundaries, memory management, I/O tuning, and concurrency Systems programming in Rust Low-level performance optimization Building high-performance infrastructure and distributed systems Expertise in Rust Strong understanding of computer architecture, operating systems, and networking fundamentals Comfortable working with minimal abstraction layers in high-performance environments Level of spoken English: Accelerating distributed systems like Apache Spark, Hadoop, and Ray Building native Rust-based execution engines Deep performance tuning (e.g., Flexible
