We are seeking a skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) Associate with operational
compliance of our systems

Bachelor¿s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in IAM roles with a focus on operations, access
Technical Skills: Proficiency with IAM tools and technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP,
Implement and enforce IAM policies and standards to maintain
compliance with internal and external regulations.
Prepare documentation and support internal and external audits related to IAM
controls.
Incident Response: Address and resolve IAM-related incidents and service requests promptly.
Collaboration: Work closely with IT, HR, and other departments to align IAM processes with
Bilingual in English and Spanish
