Position Overview We are seeking a Functional Consultant – SAP PP/QM with strong expertise in PP-PI (Production Planning for Process Industries) , REM (Repetitive Manufacturing) , MRP (Material Requirements Planning) , Quality Management , and Archiving . The consultant will be responsible for documentation, timeline management, deployment, and hypercare of released features, following methodologies and governance standards . This position requires excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) and can be performed remotely from any country within LATAM . Key Responsibilities Analyze and understand business requirements to design and implement SAP PP/QM solutions that meet client objectives. Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Configure, test, implement, and support SAP PP/QM functionalities throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and deliver training sessions for end users to ensure adoption and system understanding. Manage documentation of SAP PP/QM configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures. Provide post-implementation support (hypercare) and ensure smooth transition to steady-state operations. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals. Prepare and analyze objects for archiving to ensure system performance and compliance. Support multiple projects simultaneously , maintaining delivery quality and adherence to timelines. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in SAP PP/QM implementation, configuration, and optimization. Strong understanding of production planning principles and process industry best practices . Deep knowledge of SAP ERP integration with other modules (MM, WM, FICO). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical details into business value. SAP PP/QM certification or equivalent professional experience (functional expertise highly valued). Experience with SAP S/4HANA (desirable). Knowledge of consumer goods manufacturing or similar industry experience. Fluency in technical English (spoken and written).
