Job Description

Then this is the perfect opportunity for you Fairmont Gold is an exclusive sanctuary, offering a unique and personally curated experience within the historic Fairmont Century Plaza. Fairmont Gold Hotel Guest Specialist are devoted, empowered and engaged ambassadors that provide intuitive and elevated service by continuously observing, speaking to and learning from our guests and adapting their experience.
What you will be doing:
- Curating the overall guest experience and expectation throughout the stay.
- Assisting our guests from the moment they reserve, all the way through their departure, creating a truly wonderful memory that will be remembered for a lifetime.
- Oversee the first of its kind lounge experience that provides elevated beverage and food offerings for breakfast, snacks and evening canapés.
- Interact with and build lasting relationships with Fairmont Gold guests during the check-in and check-out experience.

- Hourly pay rate: $31.00 per hour
Your experience and skills include:
- Experience in a supervisory role at a 5-star hotel as an asset
- A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus
- Proficiency with PMS and hotel operating systems is preferred
- Experience in a Food & Beverage operation an asset
- Fluent spoken and written English
