General Summary

Es responsable de Desarrollar y adaptar equipo, fixturas y software de prueba de acuerdo a requerimientos y especificaciones establecidas o necesarias para asegurar el funcionamiento del producto así mismo mantener el control sobre la Identificación y la Calibración del equipo de Inspección, Medición y Prueba. Además de coordinar actividades de los técnicos a su cargo.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Revisa cumplimiento de programa de calibración

• Revisa cumplimiento de programa de mantenimientos preventivos a equipos de prueba

• Analiza fallas de equipos de prueba

• Coordina las actividades de los técnicos de calibración y prueba

• Documenta manuales de prueba y ayudas visuales

• Este puesto/función debe ser responsable de entender y seguir los requerimientos del sistema de administración de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente, su Política, los estándares y procedimientos aplicables

RELATED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

o Técnico en Electrónica o Electricidad (deseable).

o Conocimiento Ingles 40 – 60% (deseable).

o Conocimiento en Computación y Programación.

SKILLS REQUIRED

o Metrología Dimensional/

o Programación y Set –up de Equipo de Prueba

o Conocimiento de pruebas eléctricas

o Dibujos de Especificación

o Conocimientos de TL9000

o Mejora continua

o SAP Básico II

o Entrenamientos en IVAS

o Manual de Calibración de Equipo

o Sistema de Met/Track.
