Analista Control de Inventarios (Control de Stock) de generar el análisis y control integral de los procesos que conforman la gestión del inventario en Tienda Física y Centros de Distribución, garantizando en todo momento la máxima calidad y precisión del inventario, su optimización continua y la resolución eficaz de los problemas de negocio.
Análisis y control de inventario
: Garantizar una visión real y confiable del inventario para soportar decisiones comerciales y operativas.
Identificar riesgos y desviaciones mediante análisis estructurados y KPI, reduciendo pérdidas y errores operativos.
Generar reporting de alto impacto y análisis accionables para Dirección y equipos regionales, basados en datos consistentes y trazables.
Gobernanza y cumplimiento operativo:
Ejecutar controles de inventario según estándares globales, asegurando calendarios, cierres y correcta ejecución de campañas y auditorías.
Colaborar con las diferentes áreas de la compañía que necesiten datos de inventario para resolución de problemas, resolver incidencias y optimizar procesos.
Experiencia y Calificaciones:
Escolaridad: Licenciatura/Graduado. Tales como Economía, Administración y dirección empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o derivados.
Excel avanzado, Manejo de datos, Herramientas de BI, procesos de cadena de suministro y/o logísticos.
Comunicación efectiva, Trabajo en equipo, pensamiento analítico y orientación al detalle, resolución de problemas, adaptabilidad, proactividad y tolerancia a entornos con altos estándares de desempeño.
