Implement and manage Veeam backup, replication, and recovery solutions to protect critical business data. Deploy and optimize ExaGrid backup appliances, ensuring efficient data deduplication and rapid recovery capabilities. Monitor storage performance and health using appropriate tools, addressing alerts and resolving issues in a timely manner. Develop and maintain documentation for storage architecture, backup procedures, and disaster recovery plans. Collaborate with network, server, and application teams to ensure storage integration and support for enterprise projects. Perform regular audits of storage and backup systems to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for storage-related incidents and service requests. Participate in capacity planning and forecasting to support organizational growth and new initiatives. Stay current with emerging storage technologies and recommend improvements to optimize infrastructure and processes.
