Lead the annual plant budgeting process, including coordination, consolidation, and ongoing performance monitoring against budget. Coordinate and oversee the plant's scrap management process, ensuring proper tracking, reporting, and analysis of material waste and losses. Develop financial analyses to support new product introductions (NPI), business cases, capital investment requests, and other strategic initiatives. Prepare and analyze the plant productivity report, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvement and cost reduction. Provide financial information, analysis, and documentation to support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with audit requirements and timelines. Ensure full compliance with all company policies, procedures, and internal control requirements. Proactively identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvement initiatives, and provide financial recommendations to support their implementation. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience +5 years' financial analysis and modeling experience Advanced knowledge of Excel
