NetSuite Developer

We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Developer to join our Enterprise Applications team. In this role, you will support and maintain our NetSuite and other ERP platforms. You will thrive in our fast-paced, collaborative environment, making independent contributions that optimize the NetSuite platform. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining workflows, scripts, configurations, and integrations, overseeing system upgrades, and leading data and systems integration projects.

• Act as a NetSuite Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support business processes and build strong relationships with business process owners
• Optimize the NetSuite platform by developing and maintaining workflows, suite scripts, and configurations
• Develop and maintain Save Searches, financial reports, and dashboards to provide valuable insight for teams, managers, and executives
• Lead data and/or related systems integration projects across the company business domain and specific to NetSuite
• Perform integrity testing of system upgrades and development releases prior to migration to production
• Provide ongoing technical support and system maintenance, including training and communication
• Update and maintain bi-directional integration between NetSuite and other business applications including Salesforce, using middleware, such as Celigo
• Troubleshooting existing suitescripts, integrations, and workflows
• Manage Netsuite Users, Roles, Permissions, etc., while following audit controls
• Document business objectives, use cases, business requirements, system specifications, workflows, and process documentation
• Take on functional lead or system expert roles in production and sandbox NetSuite environments and related systems
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and support other corporate initiatives as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, or a related field or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in the day-to-day technical management of the NetSuite platform
• Strong NetSuite ERP Development experience
• Understanding of end-to-end business cycles such as order to cash, procure to pay, etc. as well as other accounting and operational business FP&A processes
• Hands-on SuiteScript experience to provide back-end customization
• Familiarity of core NetSuite lifecycles in a subscription-based SaaS business. (Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, etc.)
• Proficiency in utilizing forms, fields, custom records, custom lists, and workflows to manage unique business process requirements within the ERP system
• Ability to create and manage saved searches, formulas, reporting creating dashboards, creating custom forms, and creating workflows
• Experience with middlewares tools like Celigo and Boomi
• Competence in generating reports and custom reporting within NetSuite
• Understanding of Netsuite Schema and SQL
• Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.Knowledge of US Audit/SOX guidelines (ITGC/ITAC) will be preferable

• Certified NetSuite Administrator or Consultant preferred
