Brindar apoyo a las áreas de fabricación y al gerente de recursos humanos a través de la participación en todas las áreas funcionales del departamento de recursos humanos, con énfasis en el reclutamiento de personal, documentación de empleados, evaluación de puestos, compensación y beneficios. Responsabilidades: • Proporcionará soporte de recursos humanos para el equipo de operaciones que incluye: contratación, documentación de empleo, evaluación de puestos, compensación y beneficios, capacitación y onboarding, etc. • Actuará como un enlace importante entre los departamentos / áreas de la organización • Brindará apoyo a otros Coordinadores de HR de otras unidades de negocio con la responsabilidad de las funciones más importantes • Administrará políticas y procedimientos de recursos humanos que cubren dos o más áreas funcionales (CCT, RIT, NOM´s, LFT, IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot, etc), así como los sistemas de administración de personal. • Recopilar y analizará datos de recursos humanos para hacer recomendaciones sobre (Rotación, ausentismo, encuestas de ambiente laboral, entre otros) • Preparar las comunicaciones internas de los empleados con respecto a la compensación, los beneficios o las políticas de la empresa que se proporcionarán a los miembros del equipo. • Buscar el cumplimiento y la comprensión de las políticas de recursos humanos. • Ayudar a resolver problemas de relaciones con los empleados y administrar acciones disciplinarias • Participar, desarrollar y asegurar las líneas de acción de los PDCA. Calificaciones básicas y deseables Requisitos: • Licenciatura • 5 años o más de experiencia relevante en Recursos Humanos. • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal. • Habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo. • Capacidad para desarrollar la moral del equipo y promover la cultura corporativa. • Inglés conversacional (nivel intermedio). • Flexibilidad • Planificación y organización • Alineación a la Organización • Pensamiento estratégico • Tolerancia al estrés • Compromiso • Alta capacidad de análisis numérica

  • 5 años de experiencia
