We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Python Developer to join our team. You will be working on a project focused on pioneering generative AI solutions and Large Language Model (LLM) applications. As a Lead Python Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying innovative AI-driven projects. You'll collaborate with a dedicated team of engineers to build solutions that push the boundaries of AI, ensuring robust and scalable code.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of new generative AI and LLM applications from concept to production using open-source models.
  • Architect and implement scalable, efficient, and maintainable Python code for complex AI systems.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, and engineers to design and optimize algorithms and models.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in generative AI and LLM technology.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement through code reviews, documentation, and best practices.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of Python experience, especially with FastAPI, asyncio, WebSockets, and ast.
  • Strong understanding of coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Familiar with generative AI models (LLMs) and passionate about exploring their potential.
  • Experienced with Git and CI/CD, particularly using GitHub or similar platforms.
  • Knowledgeable in backend and frontend integration with scalable code capable of supporting rapid growth.
  • A team player who can adapt to various roles and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English or French.
  • Bonus Points: Experience with Google Cloud, Azure, AWS, and contributions to open-source AI or LLM projects.
