Job Description:- Provide technical support services including. Break/Fix Deskside Support Install, Move, Add, Change, and Disposition (IMACD) services. Smart Hands VIP Support Remote Resolution services performed by dedicated technicians. Perform services using the ITSM system of record in effect at the time services are provided. Follow established processes and workflow management. Initiate services through an Incident or Service Request. Triage hardware-related incidents. Assign technical resources to perform repairs. Coordinate with designated customer contacts as required. Order and track parts when necessary. Swap devices promptly to restore end-user productivity. Complete repairs with appropriate escalation for damage due to equipment misuse Update and close incidents in the ITSM system. Provide Break/Fix support for in-warranty and out-of-warranty end-user devices listed in Appendix F – Supported Platforms. Exclude Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) systems from Hardware Break/Fix scope. Maintain local whole-unit spares in secure storage accessible only to the company. Provide Smart Hands support for L3 teams. Perform onsite production device repairs at customer facilities through a managed OEM warranty process. Collaborate on pilot processes to reduce cycle time, improve efficiency, and lower costs. Triage and resolve configuration issues for in-scope operating systems. Triage and resolve configuration issues for in-scope applications. Reinstall in-scope software, drivers, and add-ins. Move end-user devices, as classified by the customer as safe for transport, to designated locations for processing. Perform disposition activities including, but not limited to: Data wiping. Drive destruction. Removal of asset tags. Device preparation. Handle disposition of In-Program Knowledge Worker Devices. Customer is responsible for disposition of Production Devices. Provide technicians to perform remote support activities for customer server and network equipment at all supported sites. Perform activities under the direction of the customer's and/or third-party resolver group's network and server engineers. Do not incur additional charges for sites with dedicated field technicians assigned. Deliver Break/Fix, Deskside Support, IMAC-D, and Smart Hands services to a mutually agreed-upon group of VIP end users. Automatically assign VIP incidents a Priority 2 status.
