Coordinador(a) Project Manager Área: Marketing / Innovación Modalidad: Presencial Idioma: Inglés avanzado (indispensable) Sobre la posición Buscamos un(a) Project Manager de Innovación que sea responsable de la gestión end-to-end de proyectos, desde la idea inicial hasta el lanzamiento y facturación al cliente. Esta posición coordina todo el proceso del proyecto, gestionando múltiples hitos y fechas compromiso, y trabajando de forma cercana con Marketing, Ventas, Trade Marketing, Manufactura, Finanzas y R&D. ¿Qué harás?- Liderar proyectos de innovación y renovación de principio a fin. Coordinar equipos multifuncionales y dar seguimiento a tiempos, entregables y presupuestos. Asegurar la correcta ejecución de lanzamientos, cambios de formato, imagen y empaque. Gestionar proyectos con manufactura y maquila. Mantener comunicación constante con stakeholders y asegurar resultados. Ejemplo de proyectos: lanzamientos de innovación como Mocktail Perrier. ¿Qué buscamos?- Perfil altamente organizado, con enfoque a resultados. Excelente comunicación y capacidad de coordinación. Experiencia manejando varios proyectos al mismo tiempo. Curiosidad, proactividad y gusto por la innovación. Liderazgo colaborativo. Requisitos - Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Marketing, Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Negocios o afín. Experiencia: +5 años de experiencia en proyectos multifuncionales de innovación, marketing o desarrollo de producto. Experiencia en gestión de proyectos end-to-end. Idiomas: Inglés conversacional avanzado (indispensable). Herramientas y Sistemas: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project). Herramientas de Project Management (Trello, Asana, Smartsheet). Power BI, Nielsen (deseable). Conocimiento de portales de clientes (ej. Walmart) es un plus. Metodologías: Agile, Stage-Gate, PMI / PMP (deseable). Conocimiento de procesos I2L. Indicadores de Éxito - Proyectos lanzados en tiempo, forma y calidad. Cumplimiento de Key Success Criteria (KSC). Velocidad de salida al mercado (Speed to Market). Cumplimiento de presupuesto y ROI. Evaluación 360° de stakeholders. Reducción de tiempos y eficiencias implementadas. Nivel del Puesto - Staff / Coordinador Reporta a: Sr. Marketing Manager Sin personal directo a cargo, con liderazgo transversal.
