About the role

Are you a passionate sales professional with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing complex deals? We're looking for a Logistics Territory Sales Executive to join our team and help expand our customer base while delivering exceptional solutions and value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
  • Generate revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new customers.
  • Conduct research on potential clients and analyze their supply chain needs.
  • Develop compelling value propositions and customized pricing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Sales to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Present market-based and competitive pricing proposals, leveraging strong negotiation skills.
  • Partner with colleagues across the organization to identify growth opportunities and support customer retention initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Logistics sales
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and close complex, high-value opportunities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Highly self-motivated with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to present effectively to both small and large groups.
  • Strong computer skills and business acumen.
  • Fluent English (required).
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
