About GKN Automotive GKN Automotive is a global leader in conventional, all-wheel, and electrified driveline systems. With a strong global footprint, we design, develop, manufacture, and integrate advanced driveline technologies for more than 90% of the world's vehicle manufacturers. Ensure the timely and accurate supply of raw materials based on MRP requirements in MFG/Pro, while adhering to inventory policies and guidelines to guarantee on-time delivery to customers. Optimize raw material supply to production lines using MRP planning. Generate and manage supplier delivery schedules through the Supplier Web. Monitor and follow up on supplier material deliveries on a weekly basis. Collaborate with project and engineering teams during new product introductions (NPI). Coordinate with Freight Service to reduce transportation costs and improve logistics efficiency. Evaluate supplier delivery performance (DSA). Analyze material coverage impacted by quality rejections. Control supplier shipments in alignment with delivery programs. Prepare a weekly report tracking critical material deliveries. Maintain inventory levels in accordance with GKN inventory policies. Manage supplier invoice delivery for system processing. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
