This role is about using AI well: drafting fast, then rewriting, refining, and humanizing content so it truly connects and performs. This is not a traditional content writing role. Use AI to draft blog posts, case studies, written social media posts, and scripts for videos or webinars Rewrite and humanize AI-generated content so it reads as genuinely human-written and passes AI-detection tools (e.g. CopyLeaks), which is critical for SEO and rankings Turn rough drafts into clear, opinionated, conversation-starting content Publish and adapt content across the blog, social channels, and newsletters Experiment with prompts, workflows, and formats to improve output quality and speed Strong written English and clear storytelling instincts Comfort using AI for research and first drafts — and confidence rewriting content to add personality, clarity, and originality Ability to adapt long-form ideas into short-form written social content Curiosity about AI, content trends, and thought leadership Early-career creators are welcome — potential and motivation matter more than titles Blog and social content reads as human, natural, and original (not "AI-sounding") Content consistently passes AI-detection tools used for SEO and quality control Ability to move quickly from draft → polished output with minimal guidance Growing consistency and quality across blog and written social posts Why this role matters We're not building a content factory.
