Apply today and start your journey with Discover the World What We’re Looking For: At least 5 years of sales experience and 3 years in a leadership role, ideally related to the travel industry Excellent written and spoken English & Spanish communication skills Experience in successfully leading sales teams to achieve quarterly targets Proven success leading, managing, developing, and motivating a team Account Management and Portfolio Management experience Strong relationship-building skills and knowledge of Sales & Marketing, preferably in the Travel/Hospitality industry Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Proven ability to build and interpret reports, uncover portfolio trends, and develop strategic plans Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel What You’ll Do: Build, cultivate, and maintain excellence within our Inside Sales team, their performance, productivity and commercial impact Manage the team’s goals to ensure maximum coverage and sales activities are being performed Motivate, develop, and support the Inside Sales team members Listen to live and recorded calls to identify areas of strength and improvement Hold regular meetings with the Inside Sales Supervisor and team members to review performance, track KPI achievement, and support skill development Conduct weekly meetings with the travel partner to discuss results, achievements, and strategies Prepare weekly reports demonstrating calls, revenue, and sales activity results Handle complex sales calls and inquiries from clients/agents Support and motivate the team to grow the business and increase revenue Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, business and sales opportunities and curate strategies and actions to improve performance Proactively monitor campaign performance and trading trends Be responsible for the team’s revenue growth Create strategic sales outreach campaigns
