Revenue Operations Manager

Location: Remote - EST Hours Type: Full-time Reports to: Founder (CEO) We are a growing, founder-led digital marketing agency that works with mid-market and enterprise clients. This role exists to help create consistent, qualified sales opportunities by improving and managing our existing lead generation channels. This is a hands-on execution role focused on iteration, coordination, and accountability — not a branding or creative-first position. You will actively work on improving performance across our current channels, including: Social content (LinkedIn and potentially Twitter): planning content themes and directions, and coordinating execution with our internal team Inbound & other channels: ensuring all leads are reviewed, followed up on, and properly qualified Lead Generation & Channel Management You will be responsible for managing and improving performance across our existing lead channels , with a focus on execution, follow-up, and continuous improvement. Social channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit Etc.): planning content themes and directions, coordinating execution with our internal team, and reviewing performance to refine what gets posted Ensuring every inbound lead is reviewed, followed up on, and properly qualified. A key part of this role is protecting the founder's time by ensuring only qualified opportunities move forward. Qualified opportunities Brand strategy or long-term positioning work A revenue or growth operations manager at a small agency or service business Working with contractors and internal team members Strong written and spoken English Fewer low-quality or unqualified sales calls Reduced founder involvement in lead management An example of how you improved lead quality or lead flow in a past role #
