We are seeking a driven, high-performing Sales Support / Inside Sales Assistant (ISA) to join our team. This position is ideal for someone looking for a long-term, stable career with a company that truly values its people. The ISA will play a vital role in supporting business development efforts, managing communication with current and prospective clients, overseeing the onboarding of new property owners, and assisting the Business Development Manager with day-to-day operations. We’re looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and can manage multiple priorities independently.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to calls, emails, and texts from prospective and current clients.
Manage the entire onboarding process for new clients and ensure accurate data entry into company systems (Tenant Tech, AppFolio, etc.).
Act as a liaison between property owners and property managers, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Collaborate with multiple departments to obtain updates and resolve client inquiries efficiently.
Track and report key sales metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and portfolio growth.
Support the Business Development Manager with daily, weekly, and monthly sales and administrative tasks.
Assist in developing and implementing new systems, processes, and technologies to improve efficiency.
Generate, filter, and manage leads in the CRM system.
Answer main office line calls and assist with weekend or evening inquiries on occasion.
Cross-train and assist in other departments when needed.
Complete tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
English fluency (C2 level or native) – excellent written and spoken communication with minimal accent.
High-level computer skills (CRM systems, G Suite, spreadsheets, and email management).
Proven reliability, responsibility, and proactivity.
Extreme attention to detail, strong organizational skills, strong problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple high-level tasks independently.
Team player with excellent collaboration skills across departments.
Availability to occasionally handle calls or emails on weekends and evenings.
Minimum 2 years of industry or related experience (property management, sales, or real estate preferred).
What We Offer
Salary: $10 per hour (40 hours per week) + Commission.
