Role Summary We are hiring an AI Creative Operator to produce high performing short form video ads using AI tools only. This is a hands on execution role focused on speed, volume, and performance. You will not be responsible for strategy, branding, or long term planning. Your job is to generate, edit, and ship large volumes of ad creatives that are tested and judged purely by results. If you enjoy building fast, iterating constantly, and letting data decide what wins, this role is for you. Create short form video ads for TikTok and Meta using AI tools only Use tools like VEED, CapCut, HeyGen, and similar AI video tools Ship work fast and improve based on performance feedback You will not manage ad accounts or budgets You will not do brand storytelling or long form creative work You will not guess what works without testing AI video editors such as VEED, CapCut, HeyGen Performance dashboards for feedback Understand TikTok and short form video pacing Prefer clear instructions and performance based feedback Prefer polished brand work over performance ads Percentage of creatives that pass initial testing Cost per install performance versus baseline Remote.
