Financial Controller Supervisor. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and cost control activities of MXM, including the Cross Dock, Shared Service Center, and Technical Center. Partners with operational and business leaders to provide financial insights, ensure compliance with corporate policies, support strategic decision-making, optimize resource utilization, and drive the achievement of operational and financial objectives. Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve : Lead

budgeting

and

forecasting

activities , ensuring accurate financial plans that support operational and business objectives across MXM.

Prepare

and

analyze

financial

reports , providing timely and actionable insights to support management decision-making.

Monitor

budget-to-actual

performance

and

conduct

variance

analysis , identifying trends, risks, and opportunities while recommending corrective actions.

Review

and

approve

requisitions

and

expenditures , ensuring spending aligns with approved budgets, financial policies, and business priorities.

Partner

with

operational

and

business

leaders

to

provide

financial

guidance , supporting strategic planning, cost management, and overall business performance.

If you have/are: Bachelor's

degree

in

Accounting,

Finance,

Business

Administration,

or

a

related

field , with a strong understanding of financial management principles.

Minimum

of

6

years

of

experience

in

financial

controlling,

general

accounting,

budgeting,

forecasting,

financial

reporting,

and

month-end

close

processes , preferably in complex operational environments.

Strong

knowledge

of

accounting

standards

(IFRS

and/or

US

GAAP)

and their application to financial analysis, reporting, and business decision support.

Advanced

proficiency

in

financial

systems

and

analytical

tools , including

JDE,

OneStream,

BlackLine,

and

Advanced

Excel , with the ability to manage large datasets and generate meaningful insights.

Excellent

financial

planning,

analysis,

and

business

partnering

skills , including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, expense management, and the ability to provide actionable recommendations to operational leaders.
