We have an opportunity for a Tax Analyst to join our Monterrey Finance team.This position is responsible for analyzing, providing commentary on, and proposing solutions to various taxation issues. The Tax Analyst uses tax information to develop and implement strategies that help keep the company competitive within its industry.⸻You Will:- Calculate and file monthly, annual, and informational tax returns, including withholding taxes, foreign partner reporting, compliance with transfer pricing regulations (such as BEPS), and electronic accounting submissions. - Prepare and file VAT refund requests. - Manage requests, audits, and official inspections from tax authorities. - Control and monitor withholding taxes on foreign payments. - Perform control and reconciliation of tax-related accounting accounts. - Assist with annual statutory audits and prepare information for transfer pricing studies. - Submit required reports to INEGI. - Oversee electronic invoice cancellation requests from suppliers. - Supervise and manage the payroll tax calculation process, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and payroll tax obligations. - Act as a liaison with auditors and oversee Social Security tax audits. - Ensure compliance with Social Security tax regulations. - Collaborate closely with Human Resources (HR) and Accounting teams. - Maintain accurate records and prepare reports.⸻Key Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - At least 5 years of experience in a tax analyst, accounting, or financial role. - Strong knowledge of tax regulations and experience in tax consulting. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - High level of attention to detail and accuracy. - Strong time management and organizational skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and Oracle. - Experience using government portals (SAT, INEGI, IMSS, INFONAVIT, etc.). - Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Required.Pentair is an Equal Opportunity Employer
