In this role, you will ensure successful delivery of multiple projects on time, within budget, and in line with specifications and with quality and safety guidelines.

This is a position with global grade

Your responsibilities
  • Resolving technical issues both remotely and at customer sites in Nuevo Leon, Mexico and elsewhere.
  • Assisting contract managers with claims, customer specifications and safety standards, as well as technical details, costs, and deliverables for sales proposals.
  • Cost-effectively executing project deliverables on time in accordance with specifications, standards, and safety requirements.
  • Maintaining a strong network of engineering professionals and disseminating engineering best practices to aid colleagues’ development.
  • Creating and delivering work plans, budgets and risk assessments.
  • Developing your management skills by working with entry-level employees.
  • Developing, selecting and applying standard techniques, procedures and tools, reporting inefficiencies and identifying improvement opportunities.
Your background
  • Bachelor´s Degree in Electromechanical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Administrator, Aeronautical Engineering or related.
  • 5 years of experience working in similar position.
  • Experience in the design of low or medium voltage control boards.
  • Knowledge of CREO Modeling and/or SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
  • Experience in engineering teams is a plus.
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Self-direction, Teamwork and Communication skills.
  • Advanced level of English.
