Buscamos un/a Country Lead / Account Manager Senior para liderar la operación digital de una marca global de bienes de consumo en México. Serás responsable de que los planes, campañas y contenidos se ejecuten de punta a punta en el mercado, alineados con la estrategia regional y con las metas comerciales locales.

Ser el punto de contacto principal del cliente en México para todos los temas digitales: social media, sitios web, eCommerce y retail media.


~ Traducir objetivos de negocio (ventas, participación, posicionamiento) en planes mensuales de campañas y contenidos.


~ Coordinar al equipo local (social, diseño, community, eCommerce, AEM) y asegurar que todos trabajen sobre el mismo calendario y prioridades.


~ Supervisar la calidad y puntualidad de los entregables, manteniendo estándares de marca global.


~ Participar en la definición de activaciones clave (lanzamientos, temporadas comerciales, partnerships, influencers) junto con marketing y eCommerce.


~ Reportar resultados y oportunidades al hub regional y colaborar en QBRs y comités estratégicos.


5–7 años de experiencia en gestión de cuentas en agencia digital, creativa o de medios.


~ Experiencia directa con marcas de consumo masivo, retail o eCommerce.


~ Fuerte entendimiento de ecosistemas omnicanal: redes sociales, web, puntos de venta digitales, marketplaces.


~ Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y manejo de clientes.


~ Capacidad para priorizar, negociar y tomar decisiones ágiles con información incompleta.


Experiencia coordinando equipos multidisciplinarios.


~ Conocimiento de herramientas de gestión de proyectos y reporting.


~ Inglés intermedio o avanzado.
