Procurement Delivery Specialist（J51896）

Key Responsibilities: Planning & Inventory Management: Formulate and execute procurement plans based on production schedules; dynamically manage inventory to balance supply security with inventory level control. End-to-End Delivery Execution: Independently manage the full process from purchase order (PO) to arrival; drive international transportation and Mexico customs clearance; resolve delivery anomalies promptly to ensure on-time warehousing. Supplier Management & Development: Monitor existing suppliers' delivery and quality performance and conduct periodic audits; perform local sourcing, as well as identify and evaluate potential new suppliers. Cost Control & Support: Assist in cost analysis and collect local market intelligence to support negotiations; indirectly reduce the total cost of ownership (TCO) by optimizing processes and resolving supply issues. Collaborative Communication: Act as a key hub to coordinate closely with local production, quality, and warehousing teams, and maintain regular communication with the global supply chain team to ensure information alignment. Requirements: Experience & Skills: 1–3 years of full-time experience in manufacturing procurement or planning. Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Excel for data analysis and daily operations. Core Knowledge: Familiar with end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, inventory control principles, and basic local logistics and customs requirements. Communication: Excellent cross-functional communication skills; able to collaborate professionally with local internal teams and suppliers, and effectively synchronize information with global teams. Proactive Attitude: Strong sense of ownership regarding production security and inventory targets; proactive in handling emergencies such as delivery delays with practical solutions. Meticulous and highly responsible. Relevant Experience: Experience in BOM (Bill of Materials) or administrative procurement (e.g., canteen, catering, shuttle buses), and payment reconciliation. Language Proficiency: Native Spanish speaker. Must possess Intermediate or higher Business English proficiency (capable of handling English emails, systems, and basic international conference calls).
