Key Account Manager JR Cellphone industry The Junior Key Account Manager (KAM Jr.) supports the management and growth of strategic retail accounts such as Elektra, Coppel, and Liverpool. This role focuses on sales execution, account coordination, commercial follow-up, and ensuring successful product placement and sell-through within the Mexican retail market.Key Responsibilities • Support the commercial relationship with key retail accounts (Elektra, Coppel, Liverpool). • Assist in the execution of sales strategies, promotions, and product launches. • Coordinate purchase orders, forecasts, pricing updates, and promotional agreements. • Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance, inventory levels, and replenishment needs. • Work closely with internal teams (sales, logistics, marketing, finance) to ensure timely deliveries and correct invoicing. • Prepare sales reports, performance analysis, and account presentations. • Support negotiations related to volumes, promotions, and commercial conditions under supervision of senior KAMs. • Ensure compliance with each retailer's operational and commercial requirements. • Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and sales performance in stores.Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, or related field. • 1-3 years of experience in cellphone or consumer electronics industry. • Previous experience selling to Elektra, Coppel, and/or Liverpool (mandatory). • Strong understanding of retail sales dynamics and key account management. • Advanced Excel skills; experience with sales reports and forecasts. • Good communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. • Intermediate English (preferred).Skills & Competencies • Analytical and detail-oriented • Commercial mindset • Strong follow-up and organizational skills • Team player with proactive attitude • Results-drivenENGLISH IS A MUST
