Maxx Marketing was established in 1997, while the course of creating bespoke promotional marketing product solutions for Fortune 500 clients, Maxx Marketing worked with the top Hollywood studios, licensing in rights to countless kids and family entertainment. to create consumer products for sale in retail, resulting in the creation of YuMe Toys in 2017. The two companies work independently and can also integrate to provide a complete range of services under one umbrella. By leveraging Maxx Group's synergies, clients obtain unrivalled speed to market and cost-savings that are second to none. Maxx Group has an immediate requirement for a full-time Graphic Designer to join our Mexico office. Must be able to work remotely. The Graphic Designer will report to the America Creative Manager. Will need to work both independently and in a team environment with the account, brand, and creative teams, both local and international, to develop a wide range of designs from concept to final artwork. Additional experience with licensed consumer products, toys, packaging, and POP/POS design is a plus, as is copywriting and commercial understanding of clients. Needs to have strong interest in entertainment/gaming-based properties as well as anime and have a finger on the pulse of new upcoming trends. Designing Global Exhibition materials for YuMe to showcase in Nuremberg, LA, New York etc. Designing Social Media Assets to promote YuMe Creating and designing Advertising and Marketing materials such as publications Ads for journals and leading Toy Magazines globally. Degree in graphic design, visual arts or related disciplines. Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign). Video software appreciated. Knowledge of the printing process and colours (pantone/ CMYK/ RGB). Strong understanding of typography, layout, and graphic design. Ability to handle several projects at once. Enthusiastic with lots of ideas to contribute and a dedication to quality work. Toy, retail, brand loyalty, and shopper marketing experience a big plus. Only local candidates (Mexico City - Zona Metropolitana) would be considered.
