We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Coordinator to support the client community programs. The role will initially focus on event coordination (first 2–3 months ) and then will evolve into reporting, process improvement, and automation initiatives , mainly using Dynamics and Power Automate . Key Responsibilities - Coordinate and support end-to-end virtual events (scheduling, communications, hosting support). Manage stakeholder communication and follow-ups. Maintain documentation, reporting, and post-event analysis. Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational optimization . Support automation and reporting initiatives using Power Automate and Dynamics as the role evolves. Required Profile - 5–6+ years of experience in event coordination, program operations, or similar roles. Strong experience in process improvement, reporting, and documentation . Hands-on or strong exposure to Power Automate and/or Dynamics . Excellent stakeholder-facing communication skills. Advanced English level (C1) .
