Empresa agroindustrial multinacional con especialidad en la producción de azucar. Está en búsqueda de un Coordinador de Almacen de Producto Terminado (Alimenticio) Está será responsable de la operación integral del almacén de producto terminado, especializado en la conservación del azúcar, su almacenamiento adecuado, la gestión de estibas y la coordinación eficiente con transportistas para asegurar el flujo continuo del producto comprometido con los clientes. REQUISITOS: Ingeniería Industrial, alimentos, químico o afín. Experiencia en ingenios azucareros o en la industria de alimentos. Conocimiento y experiencia en sistemas de calidad e inocuidad. Experiencia con HACCP, PPRs, HSSP. Experiencia con planeación de la demanda y asignación de producto según requerimiento de cliente. RESPONSABILIDADES: Garantizar la correcta conservación y almacenamiento del azúcar, asegurando condiciones que mantengan su calidad e inocuidad. Supervisar y controlar las estibas en bodegas internas y externas, manteniendo orden, estabilidad y trazabilidad. Asegurar el flujo continuo del azúcar comprometido, coordinando embarques, furgones, trenes y transportistas. Planear la satisfacción de la demanda, validando destinos y requerimientos del cliente. Liderar al personal operativo, incluyendo estibadores, operadores, transportistas y tres supervisores por turno. Monitorear y controlar inventarios del producto terminado, garantizando exactitud y disponibilidad. Asegurar el cumplimiento de sistemas de calidad e inocuidad (HACCP, PPRs, HSSP) en todas las operaciones del almacén. Supervisar la carga y descarga de azúcar hacia diferentes medios de transporte. Gestionar la relación con transportistas, asegurando cumplimiento de horarios, documentación y condiciones de transporte. Verificar condiciones y operación de bodegas externas, asegurando que cumplan estándares de calidad, orden e inocuidad.
