For more info visit our website GWM Group (gwm-global.com) The Role We are looking for a Product Training Specialist which role is responsible for designing, developing, imparting and continuously improving product training materials that empower sales advisors across the dealer network. This role ensures the sales force is equipped with up-to-date, market-relevant knowledge and tools to maximize sales performance. By analyzing market trends and collaborating with the product team, the position creates impactful content—such as videos, manuals, and interactive activities—and oversees training launches with vendor support. The position plays a key role in maintaining competitiveness and delivering a standout training experience in the evolving automotive landscape. Also, ensures the knowledge stays within GWM and keeps consistency across materials. Responsibilities Develop and update product training materials (manuals, videos, activities) aligned with the current product lineup and market needs. Impart product training thru different channels (online, live online, face-to-face), to reinforce product knowledge in the network. Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to propose new training content that enhances sales effectiveness. Coordinate product training launches and updates with external vendors and internal stakeholders. Ensure training content is localized and relevant to the Mexican automotive market. Monitor and improve training impact through feedback of it ́s peers, network and HQ. Requirements This position needs to have an excellent understanding of the market, technical terms, product & competitors and how to translate all this characteristics into sales arguments and to be easily understandable by the Sales Advisors. The position needs to have very good teaching skills, product & industry knowledge and great teamwork. Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field Areas of experience: Training & Product Years of experience: 1 to 3 years in the automotive industry and/or Training activities. Other desirable competencies: Content creation, Office expertise, advanced vehicle knowledge. Advanced English - Business Level (mandatory), Ocassional availability to travel. It is a great bonus if you have worked in a multicultural environment before. Any additional training in product & automotive industry is desirable, but not necessary.
