Responsabilidades principales Mapear, analizar y rediseñar procesos operativos y financieros end-to-end. Identificar cuellos de botella, ineficiencias y riesgos en los flujos actuales. Diseñar soluciones escalables apoyadas en tecnología e ingeniería. Automatizar procesos utilizando herramientas internas, APIs, scripts o integraciones. Crear documentación clara y mantenible de cada proceso. Colaborar con equipos de Producto, Ingeniería, Operaciones y Compliance. Medir impacto, tiempos y KPIs antes y después de cada mejora. Este rol será clave para habilitar nuestro crecimiento comercial, ayudando a escalar procesos, generar visibilidad estratégica y acompañar la toma de decisiones en un contexto de rápida expansión regional. Requisitos +3 años de experiencia optimizando o automatizando procesos (ideal en fintech, banca, consultoría, manufactura, data ops o similares). Background en Ingeniería Industrial, Sistemas, Matemáticas, Computación o carreras afines. Conocimientos en lógica computacional, scripting o automatización (SQL, Python, RPA, APIs, Zapier/Make/Workato, etc.). Capacidad para resolver problemas complejos con pensamiento estructurado. Atención extrema al detalle. Curiosidad natural y gusto por entender cómo funcionan las cosas. Mentalidad de "first-principles": cuestionar, simplificar y rediseñar desde cero.
