Descripción

  • Conduct complex business and systems analysis, gathering requirements and developing process flows in SAP S/4 HANA for Finance process enhancements.
  • Analyze existing processes, recommend improvements, and implement new solutions.
  • Provide data expertise for operational reporting and analytics, consulting with business users to enhance system adoption.
  • Manage SAP S/4 HANA workflows and evaluate third-party tools for business impact.
  • Collaborate on integrations between SAP S/4 HANA and external systems.
  • Maintain comprehensive business requirement documentation and design documentation.
  • Communicate project status to business users, develop test plans, and coordinate testing activities.
  • Deliver training to Business Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts.

Perfil buscado

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience blend.
  • 5+ years in SAP BA/Functional role, S/4 HANA experience preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years on large Finance-related projects.
  • International experience in a public company is a strong plus.
  • Expertise in InterCompany Transactions, 4PL Integrations, Costing, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Month/Year-end close, Consolidations, and Financial Reporting.
  • Track record of providing business analysis and system configuration for process improvement.
  • Background in supporting Finance organizations, preferably in regulated industries.
  • SAP S/4 HANA certifications are a plus.

  • Experience in healthcare, pharma, or medical devices is advantageous.
