We are seeking a Central Finance Manager to join our Global Capability Center (GCC) in Mexico City. In this leadership role, you will partner closely with our North America Central Finance team in Chicago and lead the full consolidation of the North America P&L , ensuring high-quality reporting and financial governance across all cycles. You will manage a team of four analysts, strengthening analytical capabilities and delivering insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. This role also oversees SG&A and Capex tracking, providing visibility into investments and enabling better financial control.
You will report to the FP&A Tower Lead in Mexico while collaborating extensively with onshore FP&A stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Consolidate the full North America P&L (Revenue, CoGS, SG&A, Marketing, R&D, and other financial areas).
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles.
Prepare variance analysis (actual vs. forecast vs. budget) and deliver business performance commentary.
Develop Monthly Performance Review materials and insights.
Manage and track SG&A spend, perform cross-checks with financial systems, and support cost center creation.
Track Marketing investments, highlight risks and opportunities, and provide visibility to stakeholders.
Own Supply Chain and IT Capex tracking, including uploads into Capex tools (e.g., 4Site) and reconciliations.
Support ad-hoc financial analysis, reporting, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
Education
~ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.

Experience
~5+ years in FP&A or related finance functions.
~ Experience in Food & Beverage, FMCG, or Fortune 500 is a plus.
~ Leadership experience managing finance teams.
~ Experience working in international/global environments.
~ MBA or certifications (CFPA, CFA, CPA, CMA) are a strong advantage.
~ Power BI, Python,
