Description This position is responsible for leading project meetings with the core business team in gathering comprehensive business requirements and translating them into automated solutions, to include workflow technical design and implementation. Design and implement continuous improvement strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational transformation goals. Analyze organizational performance using key metrics (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement and operational efficiency. Lead or support business transformation initiatives , collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution. Conduct complex data analysis to evaluate processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose evidence-based solutions. Coordinate and monitor key projects , applying project management methodologies such as Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP. Collaborate with leaders across different functional areas to align processes, identify synergies, and ensure achievement of shared objectives. General Knowledge/Competencies Advanced English required. Advanced proficiency in Excel, agility in data analysis Knowledge of project management Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or equivalent At least 3- years experience in projects as consultant
