Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth marketing. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Growth Marketing Manager or similar digital marketing role. SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, PPC, content marketing . Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.). Ability to develop strategies, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. Creative mindset with a focus on experimentation and performance growth. marketing agency or multi-client environment . marketing automation, CRM systems, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) . Familiarity with growth hacking strategies and A/B testing.
