We're Hiring: Content Systems Support Analyst III
#Location: Guadalajara, Hybrid
keeping digital content running smoothly ? Join our team and help ensure Herbalife's global content automation ecosystem stays reliable and efficient.
Monitor and maintain Adobe Workfront Fusion automation scenarios
~ Analyze logs, JSON/XML payloads for incident resolution (no coding required)
~ Perform QA during global content automation runs and validate publishing workflows
~ Author SOPs, runbooks, and provide training on content workflows and tools
~4+ years in content operations or business systems analysis (with platform troubleshooting experience)
~1+ year working with Adobe Workfront; Comfortable in Agile/Scrum environments; experience with Azure DevOps or Jira is a plus
~ Fluent in English (spoken and written)
~ Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)#We're a team of digital fanatics who thrive on collaboration, innovation, and delivering impactful experiences that support Herbalife's mission worldwide. Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM to 6 PM
~3 days in Office 2 remote
