The founding team is highly hands on and currently manages product development, marketing, and customer experience internally.

The business operates at a fast pace and produces a high volume of video based marketing content for paid ads and organic distribution. As the company grows, the main priority is increasing content output without losing creative quality, speed, or consistency.

About the Role

The client is looking for a creative, execution focused Video Editor and AI Content Production VA to support their growing content pipeline. This role is primarily centered on post production, video editing, and AI based content creation. The VA will take structured creative direction, content pillars, and examples, then generate, edit, and package content ready for paid ads and organic distribution. This role requires strong aesthetic taste, speed, and the ability to iterate quickly based on feedback.

The ideal candidate cares deeply about how things look, understands clean and modern design principles, and is comfortable experimenting with different creative formats to see what performs best.

Key Responsibilities

Video editing and post production Edit short form and long form video content for paid ads and organic channels Turn raw assets into polished, high quality marketing content Chop, package, and format content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Meta ads, and similar channels Apply clean, modern, and elegant visual styles aligned with brand direction Add captions, transitions, light motion graphics, and sound design when needed Optimize content formats for performance and platform requirements AI driven content creation Use AI video generation tools to create video assets based on provided concepts and content pillars Use AI image generation tools to create visuals for ads and static content Generate variations of content efficiently for testing and experimentation Leverage basic AI tools to support ideation, content generation, and workflow efficiency Workflow and collaboration Work closely with the founders and team to understand creative direction and aesthetic preferences Follow content pillars and weekly content plans Implement feedback quickly and iterate on content as needed Maintain organized project files and assets Communicate clearly and consistently during agreed working hoursQualifications & Skills Proven experience in video editing for marketing or advertising Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, modern, and high quality visual work Excellent aesthetic judgment and attention to detail Experience with short form ad content is highly preferred Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality Comfortable working in a fast paced, experimental environment Strong written communication skills in English Coachable, open to feedback, and willing to learn and improve over timeRequired Tools and Knowledge AI video tools such as Veo 3.1, Sora 2, Kling, or similar AI image generation tools such as Nano Banana or equivalent Basic AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude Canva for design and layout work CapCut or equivalent video editing software Any advanced editing software such as After Effects is a plus, but not requiredNice to Have Experience creating or editing paid ad creatives Familiarity with SaaS or tech focused marketing Strong interest in design, aesthetics, and visual trends Personal interest in visual inspiration platforms such as PinterestJoin a growing network of exceptional remote professionals We don't just place you in a job — we match you with roles that fit your skills, career goals, and lifestyle.
