About the role

In your capacity as an Expansion Associate in LATAM you will significantly contribute to our rapid growth by helping us launch new destinations in the LATAM region, scale the business and redefine the meaning of excellent operations. Being in the heart of the business, you will get to experience growth at lightning speed firsthand participating in setting up, testing, and rapidly launching new destinations across the world.

Responsibilities:

  • Generates new leads, performs screening, conducts phone/video interviews, and proceeds with pricing negotiations with potential partners (drivers or driver companies).
  • Qualifies driver partners in accordance with the company’s culture and desired behaviors, selecting the deals in line with strategies.
  • Prepares marketing/sales material, briefs, and data that visualize the benefits for our driver partners.
  • Performs valid and reliable market research, and translates data into summaries and analysis.
  • Assesses market-specific differences, proactively identifies operational challenges, and regulatory hurdles, and contributes to determining proper solutions.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of previous experience in Operations or Business Development as a business developer, sales executive or a relevant role, ideally for fast-growth, rapidly-scaling companies.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills for building, developing, and managing relationships with partners.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently; strong sense of ownership.
  • Excellent time management with the ability to multi-task and set priorities quickly and effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. Extra languages are more than welcome
  • An analytical mind and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • A friendly and upbeat personality.
