This is a remote position.

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead teams and exciting projects. The ideal candidate will be a professional with experience in project management, solid technical skills, and a proven ability to adapt to changing environments. The Project Manager will oversee projects from conception to implementation, ensuring successful delivery in terms of quality, time, and budget.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in IT industries.
  • Relevant work experience in project management, preferably at least 2 years.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and supervise projects from start to finish.
  • Manage and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and team motivation.
  • Utilize agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban to manage projects efficiently and adaptably (preferred).
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, developing appropriate risk management strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, maintaining transparency and clarity.
  • Proactively and efficiently resolve problems, maintaining project momentum.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills, inspiring others to achieve their goals and meet deadlines.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, promoting professional development and training within the team.
  • Use a strategic approach to guide project development and execution, aligning it with organizational objectives.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • English Level Intermediate Mandatory.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, preferably in technology or engineering environments.
  • Technical proficiency in areas relevant to the project.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (intermediate level).
  • Ability to adapt to rapid changes and evolving priorities.
  • Ability to lead teams and motivate team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Experience in risk management and ability to anticipate and address potential issues.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to see the big picture.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Knowledge and experience in using agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc. (preferred).
