·Review and analyze the cost components of all new materials.
·Verify the accuracy of unitary cost calculations for both new and existing materials.
·Ensure consistency in cost calculation methods across materials.
·Regularly monitor and analyze cost variances.
·Investigate and identify root causes of variances.
·Collaborate with relevant departments to address weaknesses contributing to variances.
·Develop reports or presentations summarizing variance findings and proposed solutions.
·Track the effectiveness of implemented measures and adjust as necessary.
