Senior Salesforce CPQ Consultant (Required: Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist) We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce CPQ Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solution. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CPQ best practices, strong technical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with sales, operations, and IT teams. You will play a critical role in streamlining our sales process, improving quote accuracy, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities: CPQ Expertise: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce CPQ to meet business requirements. Develop complex product configurations, pricing rules, discounting structures, and approval workflows. Design and implement quote templates, proposals, and contracts. Sales Process Optimization: Analyze current sales processes and identify areas for improvement using CPQ capabilities. Design and implement solutions to streamline quoting, pricing, and contract generation. Train sales teams on how to effectively use Salesforce CPQ. Gather feedback from users and continuously improve the CPQ solution. Technical Support and Maintenance: Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues promptly. Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce CPQ releases and best practices. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the CPQ solution. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product management, finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce CPQ and provide guidance to stakeholders. Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance the overall sales technology stack. Qualifications: Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and development. 3+ years of experience implementing and configuring Salesforce CPQ. Proven track record of successfully delivering CPQ projects. Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist (Mandatory). Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and data model. Experience with Salesforce CPQ APIs is a plus. Familiarity with quote-to-cash processes and best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
