Responsibilities Manage and maintain the documentation of the strategic project portfolio repository. Create executive dashboards to report project status and performance to senior leadership. Monitor key indicators and consolidate project information across the portfolio. Support the preparation of presentations for executive committees. Evaluate and improve project management processes, both predictive and agile. Provide training to Project Managers and Product Owners. Occasionally support PMO-related events and organizational activities. Requirements – Senior Project Manager 5+ years of experience leading complex projects within large corporate environments. Retail experience highly desirable, though experience in any large corporation is acceptable. Strong knowledge and ideally PMP certification; must have hands-on experience applying PMBoK practices and be able to explain estimation techniques, budget management, and ROI justification. Solid knowledge and certifications in agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. Demonstrated experience managing large and complex agile projects, using metrics to track performance and value delivery. Deep understanding of both predictive and agile approaches, with the ability to design hybrid processes and adapt as needed. Experience working in highly dynamic and challenging environments with frequent changes and limited availability from stakeholders. Proven ability to adapt to shifting priorities, organizational changes, and evolving work conditions. Strong background managing budgets (the larger, the better). Experience overseeing project portfolios in corporate settings (the more simultaneous projects, the better). Experience leading projects with multiple cross-functional teams. Experience defining project management methodologies (predictive, agile, and hybrid). Candidates without hands-on methodology creation will fall short. Experience working within a PMO model, ideally having led a PMO, especially managing KPI dashboards for executive reporting. Advanced English proficiency. 100% On-site role, office location: Polanco.
