Job Title: Call Center Representative Skills: Call Center, customer service, Finance, BFSI Job Location: Avenida Paseo de la Reforma 342, Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, 06600 Ciudad de México, CDMX, MX We at Coforge are hiring Banking Call Center Representative with the following skillset: Support customers with, Credit Cards (including lost/stolen reports, Checking & Savings Accounts, Debit Cards, Online & Mobile Banking, Bill Pay & Mobile Deposits, Loans & Mortgages & Other voice-related tasks as assigned. 6–9 months of call center experience (BFSI experience preferred). ~ English proficiency: Ability to work a 10-hour shift within hours of operation (6:00 AM – 4:00 PM). ~ Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills. ~ Schedule: 10-hour shifts, Monday to Saturday (with one weekday off) Experience Required: 6–9 months in a call center environment English Level: B2+ to C1
